What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to help us develop and strengthen relationships with new key partners and expand our outreach motions for new and existing channels. You’ll be responsible for developing outreach strategies and exploring new go-to-market opportunities alongside our team. You’ll be a key figure within our Partnerships team and will report directly into our Strategic Partnerships Manager and and work closely with our Co-Founders. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting key partnership workstreams, including new partnership development, expansion of existing partnerships, and collaboration with internal and external cross-functional partners
Analyzing new opportunities for partnerships at Grow and making recommendations on where to invest or prioritize organizational resources
Contributing to creative strategies to help finalize partnerships or develop new relationships with partners that are of high value to our organization and mission
Salary range: $97,750 - $147,750
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 3-4+ years of experience total, in or exposure to the healthcare industry, with familiarity of the basic operations between payers, providers, and patients
You have previous experience in banking, consulting, or a similarly analytically focused role
You have strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
You have a good understanding of the mental healthcare landscape and/or are willing to learn
You can collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external teams
You live in or can commute to the NYC area
