🔥 What You'll Do

You’ll work closely with our VP of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations, including customer management, systems management and implementation, and automating as much as humanly robotically possible. This role suits a multi-tasking enthusiast who thrives on daily challenges.

Tasks Include:

  • Manage customer onboarding, communication, and setup for new clients.

  • Build internal systems, manage Trello with Butler automations, Slack, and Zapier integrations.

  • Oversee document and Clip Finder outputs from customer recordings.

  • Monitor and analyze company data.

  • Assist People Ops with onboarding logistics for new hires.

  • Research tools, update systems, organize files, create documents, and manage the calendar.

⏰ Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading).

  • 2+ years in an operations role.

  • Skilled with automation tools (e.g., Trello’s Butler, Zapier, AI platforms).

  • Strong in Slack, Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).

  • Preferred, but not necessary: Agency experience, project management system setup (Asana, Trello).
