Aftercare Outbound Sales Agent

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven inside sales outbound agents to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and convert pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics in order to sell additional products, as well as to encourage reorders of existing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to customers, with the goal of selling additional products and encouraging reorders of existing products

  • Making phone calls or sending emails to potential customers to introduce a product or service

  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitch accordingly

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of sales calls and customer interactions

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities

  • Understands and strives to meet or exceed call centre and sales targets, while providing a great experience to the client/caller.

  • Continuously learning about new products or services to stay up-to-date and be able to effectively sell them

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in selling supplements or related products.

  • At least 1 - 2 years of outbound sales call centre experience

  • Proven sales experience (Any certificates received from previous company)

  • With experience in upselling to existing customers is preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Customer-service oriented attitude

  • Perseverance and sales endurance

  • Proficiency with computer and phone systems

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
