Business Development Manager
Are you a dynamic and self-driven professional with a passion for B2B and B2C sales, negotiation, and relationship building? Join our team to manage the implementation of multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
As a strategic thinker and skilled multitasker, you will lead the charge in generating leads, developing business, and creating targeted marketing campaigns, all while utilizing various CRMs to track growth and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Handle multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
Love Sales B2B and B2C negotiation and relationship building.
Manages complete client-facing documentation throughout the implementation process- such as meeting presentations, sign-off agreements, Integration introduction, project timeline, etc.
Lead Generation and business development skills.
Create Target Marketing and Building Sales Funnels.
Use various CRMs to track business growth and monthly KPI’s.
Attends training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
Must be an independent self-starter possessing excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple implementation activities simultaneously.
Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and colleagues at all times.
Knows our products inside and out and is comfortable reaching diverse groups.
Keeping records of customer/client details and relationships in CRM or alternatively tracking.
Must be a strategic thinker; able to understand the ” big picture”; and able to think quickly and adeptly while solving complex problems.
Experience Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Warm professionalism.
Self-starter and motivated.
Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours: 9am-6pm EST
