Opportunity :
As the Associate Director of Content, you will play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and business objectives. You will lead a team of designers, video and content creators, collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders, including digital marketing, product, and design teams, to deliver exceptional content across various platforms
What you’ll be working on?
Develop and execute the content strategy, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
Lead and manage a team of video and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure high-quality content production.
Create and optimize content across various channels, including website, blog articles, social media, emails, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and develop an editorial calendar that aligns with digital marketing goals and marketing campaigns.
Ensure content is consistently compelling, engaging, and aligns with our brand voice, values, and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content marketing best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Keep a close track on the keyword ranking and research to identify content gaps, optimize existing content, and develop new content ideas.
Implement and monitor content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design and video production teams to create visually appealing and compelling multimedia content.
Manage relationships with external content partners, influencers, communities and industry experts to enhance content reach and engagement.
Stay informed about emerging content formats and distribution channels to explore new opportunities for content creation and distribution.
What are we looking for?
9+ years experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of SEO concepts and experience optimizing content for search engines.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content that is concise, persuasive, and engaging.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of content creators effectively.
Proficiency in using Wordpress, SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in creating and optimizing video content is a plus.
