Digital Account Executive (For German Market)

About the Position:
Holafly has a fantastic Affiliate Program which allows us to partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders, like; bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines, etc. A key element of the role will be to ensure growth in our markets by securing and managing a strategic portfolio of affiliate partners.
Responsibilities:
Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships;
Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners;
Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations;
Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks;
Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels;
Directly develop, manage, and execute local strategies.
Requirements:
Experience working with Germany Market;
Fluent English;
Fluent German;
Professional: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration is preferred;
Technical or technological certifications;Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Solution-focused;
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
Strong project and time management skills;
Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious;
Proven record in creating and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across global markets;
