Digital Account Executive (For German Market)

About the Position:

Holafly has a fantastic Affiliate Program which allows us to partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders, like; bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines, etc. A key element of the role will be to ensure growth in our markets by securing and managing a strategic portfolio of affiliate partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships;

  • Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners;

  • Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations;

  • Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks;

  • Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels;

  • Directly develop, manage, and execute local strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Germany Market;

  • Fluent English;

  • Fluent German;

  • Professional: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration is preferred;

  • Technical or technological certifications;Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Solution-focused;

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook;

  • Strong project and time management skills;

  • Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious;

  • Proven record in creating and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across global markets;
