Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to collaborate on the execution and planning of our customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies across diverse markets. 

This critical role focuses on leveraging marketing automation tools to optimize lead conversion, drive customer loyalty, and enhance overall campaign performance through advanced integrations and technical implementations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion Optimization:

  • Design and implement marketing automation campaigns and flows to drive lead conversion and recurrence.

  • Plan and execute multichannel strategies across email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.

  • Test and optimize automation flows to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Automation & Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Develop and optimize nurturing flows and automated campaigns to improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Create advanced CRM workflows, including segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer engagement strategies.

Technical Integration & Platform Management:

  • Connect and integrate tools such as CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms with marketing automation tools via APIs and webhooks.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.

  • Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tools to enhance marketing capabilities.

Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign and flow performance.

  • Generate detailed reports on key metrics, including conversion rates, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.

  • Leverage data insights to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Opportunity Discovery:

  • Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to uncover trends and opportunities across global markets.

  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to identify potential growth areas.

  • Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.

 CRM Management:

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems for better customer engagement and retention.

  • Ensure data integrity and accurate targeting within the CRM.

Communication and Collaboration Skills:

  • Present complex insights and lead projects effectively, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in segmentation and personalization with required skills in Python and SQL to work with large datasets and target customer segments effectively.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation.

  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Connectif, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar and experience managing email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Strong technical skills with experience in API integrations, webhooks, and connecting analytics tools with CRM platforms.

  • Exceptional data-driven mindset with expertise in performance analysis and reporting.

  • Preferred Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Data Visualization: Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is preferred.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
