The Travel Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best possible service for our partners and customers. The Travel Sales Specialist ensures that Holafly continues to expand its market presence and remains a leader in the eSIM industry.

 

✦ Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners to drive sales growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored sales strategies to target different market segments.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship management, and negotiation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, results, and market insights to management.


✦ What do you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or telecommunications industry.

  • Strong understanding of the travel market and customer needs.

  • Extensive network of contacts within the travel and telecommunications sectors.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
