The Opportunity
Holy Hydrogen sells the most thoroughly tested hydrogen water and inhalation system on the market — a $2,600 Japanese-engineered device backed by independent lab certifications, a physician endorsement, and seven quality standards. The product is built. The brand is built. The foundation is solid. What we need is the growth engine. That’s you.
This isn’t a job where you execute someone else’s playbook. You’re building the playbook. You’re a team of one with access to AI tools, agencies, and virtual assistants as needed. You own revenue. You own growth. And because you own those things, you’re never replaced. Every channel we open, every partnership we land, every system we build — it all runs through you. As the company grows, your role grows with it.
The right person in this role is irreplaceable. That’s not a buzzword. It’s the structure. You own the growth, and growth doesn’t get outsourced.
What You’ll Own
Revenue growth. You own the revenue number. Build the plan, execute across channels, measure what’s working, and iterate. Paid acquisition, email sequences, influencer partnerships, practitioner referrals — figure out what works and scale it. If you succeed with revenue and growth and every other theme fails, you have still succeeded.
Podcast & content engine. Third party podcasts with our subject matter experts is our primary source of revenue. You research and identify podcast opportunities to promote our SMEs, who will share content and stories about molecular hydrogen and our company. You will have access to a budget to book podcasts.
The affiliate network. Recruit new affiliates across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, and Facebook groups. Onboard, train, and coach them. Manage communications, create marketing assets, and track affiliate-driven revenue.
The customer experience. You own customer support. We’ll work with you to automate and minimize the time spent here, and we’re open to hiring a virtual assistant for this function if it’s keeping you from growing revenue.
Social media and community. Build and maintain Holy Hydrogen’s presence across platforms. Engage with the community, moderate content, and keep the brand voice consistent. We have a content creation agency that will do the heavy lifting for you.
Partnerships. Develop relationships with wellness practitioners, functional medicine clinics, and health influencers. Negotiate agreements that create a path to revenue.
Budget and team. You propose monthly and quarterly budgets, manage discretionary spend, and report ROI. This includes a paid media budget and working with a paid media partner. You recommend tools, roles, platforms, and systems that make the operation more efficient.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s awesome. Not on paper — in practice. Someone who’s built growth before, who’s run affiliate programs, and who doesn’t need to be told what to do next. The kind of person who takes full ownership and treats this like their own company.
3+ years in growth marketing, affiliate management, or a revenue-responsible role at a DTC / e-commerce brand
Experience building or managing an affiliate or referral program
You can show measurable revenue growth you were directly responsible for
You wear multiple hats comfortably — outreach email, affiliate onboarding, customer support, social post, analytics report, all in the same day
Strong relationship-building skills with partners, affiliates, influencers, and subject matter experts
You thrive with autonomy and treat this like your own business
Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and currently using AI to do impressive things
Bonus Points
Experience in health, wellness, biohacking, or medical device space
Network of wellness practitioners, influencers, or health content creators
Experience selling premium / high-ticket products ($1,000+)
Familiarity with Shopify, Go High Level, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate platforms
Customer support experience — you understand that support is a growth function, not a cost center
Genuine interest in molecular hydrogen, longevity science, or functional medicine
Compensation: Built for Someone Who Performs
Base salary: $80,000/year
Monthly commission + quarterly performance bonuses to bring total compensation to $150,000+
No cap on growth commissions and bonuses
Discretionary growth budget
W-2 full-time with 90-day probationary period
