Chief of Staff & Operations (Italian speaker)
The Story so far: Who we are
Founded in August 2020, Huspy started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly evolved into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Fast forward to today, we have over 500+ employees across 5+ offices in UAE and Spain. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.
The Main Event: What you'll do
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO to join our team. This is a hybrid role blending strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a high degree of operational leadership — with a core focus on driving expansion across new markets. This is a high-trust, high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited about building from 0 to 1.
Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect frequent travel and hands-on work in different locations.
Expansion Ops
Work hand in hand with the CEO Office and Expansion team on the go-to-market launch of Huspy’s business in the European markets
Build scalable operations and processes for localized mortgage and real estate businesses
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to remove blockers and accelerate execution
Design market playbooks, drive compliance readiness, and manage key vendor/partner relationships
Company-Wide Projects
Act as a strategic right hand to the leadership team across internal and external priorities
Lead critical, cross-functional company projects (e.g., process improvement, cost optimization, org design)
Support leadership in ensuring alignment, execution, and delivery across the company
The Perfect Match: What you bring
4+ years of experience in tier 1 consulting firms and / or startups at exponential growth stage (startup experience is a big plus)
Have owned or heavily contributed to market expansions, ideally in Europe
Have strong analytical skills and business judgment, with a “whatever it takes” mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Fluent in Italian (must-have)
Location
Initially in Spain and then moving to Europe at some point in 2026
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work from various locations
Don't wait, tomorrow could be too late.
