
International Channel Sales - Building Design and Engineering Software
Hysopt's science-based HVAC Digital Twin software allows building designers and building owners to save on average 30% on energy bills and 40% of CO2 emissions of their heating and cooling installations.
The reseller approach is key in our Go-To-Market for the Hysopt software solutions. That is why we are looking for an International Channel Sales Manager to grow relationships with resellers, distributors, VARs and technology partners.
This is what your week looks like:
You identify, sign and engage resellers, distributors and VARs, active in the fields of building design & engineering software solutions
You help to create structure/processes for our reseller program
To get a picture of our reseller’s commercial activities and ensure future sales, you set up regular pipeline reviews and report on their activities afterwards
You develop and maintain the day-to-day relationships, and work closely with our resellers to achieve mutual goals
By monitoring industry trends, you stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
You develop and implement the reseller program, such as training, marketing, and incentives
You provide support and guidance to our resellers on the Hysopt software solutions
To build relationships and promote the company, you regularly attend industry events and conferences
You recognise yourself in this:
You have a network of software resellers in the building design & engineering ecosystem
5+ years of experience in reseller management or sales
Ability to build and maintain relationships with resellers
A desire to learn and grow in the reseller management field
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Affinity with BIM (Revit) or HVAC is a plus
