What does the role entail?
Brand Positioning
Create brand positioning, messaging, and voice that resonate with target audiences.
Establish brand identity guidelines including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
Ensure our messaging stands out and resonates with stakeholders while reinforcing our value proposition in a rapidly evolving industry.
Brand Campaigns
Drive marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and consumer engagement across key platforms—SEO, social media, partnerships, and more.
Develop and implement strategies to foster community engagement and expand reach without relying on paid media
Build the content calendar to then execute across social and organic media driving metrics of awareness and engagement
Optimize content for rapid production and measurable impact across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Foster an environment that encourages fresh ideas and new approaches to marketing to drive business growth and team development
Agency/ Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external marketing/creative agencies to plan and execute impactful campaigns that align with our brand’s tone and objectives
Ability to lead and champion key marketing initiatives with senior management in the organisation
What would excite us?
Proven experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines from scratch
Strong experience of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and proficiency in PR and Media.
8-10 years of experience building strong digital brands in CPG, Consumer Tech, Ed Tech
Growth orientation- building and executing brand campaigns which deliver across growth initiatives (Perf, CRM and Organic) of the organization
Strong expertise of consumer understanding, brand positioning and campaign building
Prior experience of building and leading a team
