Marketing Project Manager

We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and achieve significant revenue milestones within the next three years.

What you'll do:

The Marketing Project Manager will partner closely with the Director of Strategic Planning & Growth Operations to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and lead day-to-day project execution across campaigns, product launches, and marketing / growth initiatives.

You will oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources —ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability. This role will manage our team of Project Coordinators,, fostering operational excellence and clear communication throughout all stages of campaign development.

Project Management & Process Optimization

  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing and growth initiatives from kickoff to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using ClickUp.

  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives moving forward.

  • Continuously refine project management frameworks, tools, and templates to improve team visibility and collaboration.

  • Support the build-out of operating rhythms, campaign post-mortems, and process documentation for scalable execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Campaign Enablement

  • Serve as the operational hub between Growth, Brand Creative, Performance Creative, Web/CRO, Affiliate & Influencer, Product and Operations teams.

  • Ensure all stakeholders have clarity on priorities, deliverables, and timelines through strong communication and documentation.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to manage production timelines, QA, and launch readiness.

  • Partner with the Director of Strategic Planning & Growth Ops to operationalize processes that improve cross-team efficiency.

People & Workflow Management

  • Manage and mentor our team of Project Coordinators, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.

  • Oversee task delegation and capacity planning to ensure team bandwidth is balanced and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, campaign management, or digital marketing

  • Proven success managing cross-functional marketing initiatives or product launches

  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively manage risks

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational abilities

  • High proficiency in ClickUp, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools; familiarity with design or creative workflow tools (e.g., Figma, Notion, Airtable) is a plus

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment
