Hello and welcome to this Director of Operations opportunity in the health / supplements industry.

 This one is very exciting and here is why:

Allright now let me give you a bit more details. 

So these guys are selling supplements and gut health products. They do around 20-30M annually and their biggest market is Amazon.

This position of Director of Operations will need to oversee:

  • Production (with all regulatory aspects), for which an A-Player is already in place so you will be able to lean on this person a lot. 

  • Logistics (raw materials, end products into multiple locations)

  • New product development 

  • All stores back end (Amazon listing issues, shopify integration work, etc)

  • Customer service

 

You will manage a team of 5 direct reports and a number of non-direct reports (one for each of the above) and you will be a centrepiece in the culture we want to create.  

You will be part of the Exec team, making key decisions on a weekly basis on the entire business.
