Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

As an early marketing hire, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Jump’s growth strategy. Your primary mission: drive high-intent traffic to our website and convert visitors into customers by increasing demo sign-ups and free trial activations. You’ll own and optimize key acquisition channels, leveraging data-driven experimentation to scale performance efficiently. If you're a hands-on growth marketer who thrives on testing, iterating, and making an impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive high-quality traffic: Identify, test, and scale the best acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, etc.) to attract financial advisors to Jump’s website.

  • Optimize conversion funnels: Own the traffic-to-lead pipeline, improving landing pages, CTAs, and sign-up flows to maximize demo and free trial conversions.

  • Data-driven experimentation: Implement A/B testing and growth experiments across paid and organic channels to improve acquisition efficiency.

  • Performance marketing: Strategically allocate budget across channels, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS to drive sustainable growth.

  • Manage external partners: Work closely with agencies, contractors, and other marketing partners to execute and scale campaigns effectively.

  • Collaborate with Product & Sales: Work with the Product team to refine conversion pathways and with Sales to drive pipeline growth through marketing efforts.

  • Leverage customer insights: Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring we attract the right audience.

  • Own and optimize referral marketing strategies, working closely with Product teams to increase customer-led acquisition.

  • Help shape Jump’s brand: Build trust and authority within the financial advisor community, positioning Jump as the category leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS.

  • You are analytical and data-oriented, using performance metrics to drive decision-making, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • You are comfortable managing multiple acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, etc.) and working with agencies, contractors, and external partners to execute campaigns at scale.

  • You have a keen sense of user experience and conversion optimization, always looking for ways to improve website performance and lead generation.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Webflow, or similar.

  • You are a growth-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to make a real impact at an early-stage AI software company.

  • You are proactive and strategic—you know the right questions to ask, make data-driven decisions, and have strong marketing judgment without needing hand-holding.

  • You have a passion for high-performing, high-volume, and high-velocity marketing, continuously testing and optimizing acquisition strategies.

  • You are excited about AI—both in how it can enhance financial advisors’ workflows and how it can be leveraged to scale and optimize marketing strategies.

This role is a huge opportunity to make an impact at a fast-growing company and help build a category-defining brand. If you’re ready to take ownership and drive meaningful growth, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ve Done

  • You are a top 10% performing marketer among your peers (we will ask for your marketing track record + what your former managers and peers say about you)

  • You have meaningful experience as a Marketing Manager for SaaS or B2B software company (minimum 5 years)

  • You have been incredibly successful with high velocity marketing

  • Preferred: you’ve been a financial advisor and/or have marketed to RIAs or Broker Dealers
