We provide customized, high-quality literacy resources and supplemental reading programs for Pre-K to 5th Grade students, focusing on foundational reading skills, family engagement, and science-based literacy instruction. We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a background in education to join our team. Ideal candidates are former administrators, literacy specialists, instructional coaches, or educators with expertise in K-12 education. This role combines your experience in education with the opportunity to support schools and districts in maximizing the impact of our literacy programs.
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and sustained impact of our literacy programs. You will leverage your educational expertise to build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and support educators in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding and Implementation:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Lead kick-off calls to align on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
Collaborate with district leaders to develop customized implementation plans that integrate literacy solutions into existing structures.
Relationship Building and Strategic Support:
Build and nurture relationships with school and district leaders, including administrators, literacy specialists, and teachers.
Act as a thought partner to help educators achieve their literacy goals and overcome challenges.
Proactively communicate program milestones, provide updates, and address questions or concerns.
Professional Learning and Training:
Recommend professional learning and training topics based on feedback and customer need
Coordinate professional development sessions, webinars, and resources to support teachers and staff in effectively using our solutions.
Coordinate family engagement opportunities, such as parent nights, to extend literacy impact beyond the classroom.
Monitoring Success and Outcomes:
Collaborate with district partners to analyze literacy data at critical times throughout the year.
Provide actionable insights to drive program adjustments and improve student outcomes.
Document and share success stories to demonstrate impact and inspire future growth.
Continuous Engagement and Renewal:
Conduct regular touchpoints, including implementation check-ins, progress reviews, and strategic planning meetings.
Partner with customers to expand program adoption, deepen implementation, and ensure long-term success.
Support renewal conversations by demonstrating the value and impact of the program.
Partner cross functionally to conduct renewal conversations and maintain retention rates
Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience in K-12 education as a teacher, literacy specialist, instructional coach, or administrator.
Proven expertise in literacy instruction, data analysis, and instructional best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and trust.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
Passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
Preferred:
Experience working in a customer-facing role, such as a customer success manager, implementation manager, etc.
Familiarity with literacy assessment tools, curriculum mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
Background in supporting instructional program implementation, bilingual education, multilingual learning
Spanish language proficiency - ability to read, write, and speak fluently
Former school or district administrator with experience leading literacy initiatives or managing district-wide programs.
