The Opportunity:
The Marketing Specialist supports a range of brand awareness, communications, and demand generation initiatives while strengthening Kantata’s digital presence. This role focuses on delivering impactful collateral that enriches the experience of both prospects and customers, fostering deeper engagement and alignment with the brand. Core responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow and engage our online communities while enhancing Kantata’s presence in the market.
Manage all organic social media activity, ensuring consistent posting schedules and audience engagement.
Content & Project Management:
Oversee the planning, production, and promotion of a diverse content strategy, leveraging various formats such as videos, eBooks, podcasts, webinars, events, and ad assets.
Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of content projects by managing workflows and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Comfortable writing, editing and proofreading content and using Ai tools to ensure the best outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with design, product marketing, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other departments to align content initiatives with business objectives.
Tailor content to address specific buyer journey stages and resonate with target audiences.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain adherence to Kantata’s brand voice and style guidelines across all content and communication channels.
Paid Media Orchestration:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and programmatic display ads to increase brand awareness and drive demand generation efforts.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Collaborate with the demand generation and analytics teams to implement effective content tracking mechanisms.
Regularly analyze content performance metrics, report on outcomes, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing, applying insights to refine strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Budget Management:
Oversee contractor invoicing and manage marketing-related expenses to ensure timely and budget-compliant payments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field
3-4 years of Marketing related experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Detail orientated with the ability to problem solve autonomously
Skilled in use of social sites and applications
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 – $85,000.
This position is eligible to participate in a company bonus Plan.

Additional Information
This role is a remote role within the US.
The employee will be working across multiple continental US time zones, primarily focusing on the West Coast and/or East Coast. Ability to work in EST or PST will be preferred.
