
Demand Generation Manager

YOUR ROLE:
As the Demand Generation leader, you will be a key member of Kion’s marketing team and help integrate the company’s value proposition into the buyer’s journey. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall demand-gen strategy, key Marketing Performance Indicators (KPIs), campaign development/execution and alignment with go-to-market and sales initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating across internal stakeholders and outside agencies
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop overall demand-gen strategy and alignment with sales, marketing and alliances.
Build and execute campaigns across key digital channels and database segments.
Manage marketing funnel metrics and conversions to optimize pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Create and execute all aspects of digital demand-gen campaigns, including messaging, calls-to-action, web production, campaign management, external vendor relationships, content sourcing and performance tracking.
Strong collaboration with all Go-to-Market functions, including the executive team, sales, marketing and alliances.
Measure and analyze performance against demand-gen goals and continually optimize programs and lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Monitor and maintain data quality within MarTech applications.
Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed.
Analyze and evaluate KPIs and deliver actionable insights and recommendations on new tactics to pursue.
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU (I.E., THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE):
Education: BS/BA in business, marketing or communications.
5+ years of digital marketing/demand-gen experience. Cloud, SaaS, Management/Governance software a plus.
Integrated Campaign Experience: ability to maintain oversight for a high-touch portfolio of diverse demand generation vehicles, including (but not all limited to): email, website, SEM, webinars, syndication and conversation marketing.
Analytical Skills: strong analytical skills (including mastery of Excel) to interpret and visualize data and provide team with translated results that lead to actionable changes.
MarTech Experience: experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot), email marketing, lead nurturing and web analytics. Preferred experience/proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating them with other technologies such as Drift,
Craft, Outreach, etc.Collaborative work style across cross functional teams with sales, product and marketing.
Ability to create and execute paid campaigns.
Digital & Email: solid understanding of SEM, retargeting/remarketing and email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
Communication & Project Management: organized, good communicator (in both the written and verbal form) with a desire to improve processes
