Growth Marketing Specialist
At Koala Health, we have our eyes set on an ambitious goal: to make managing your pet’s health simple and delightful. We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our B2B2C marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on acquisition, primarily through partnership email marketing campaigns. This role requires hands-on experience with Braze, along with a proven track record of running successful B2B2C campaigns. You’ll work closely with our B2B sales team, account managers, and external partners to ensure that all marketing communications align with our growth objectives.
What you'll do:
Oversee and continuously refine the day-to-day operations of our email marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly while consistently enhancing performance to exceed expectations.
Lead the launch of new partners, coordinating with B2B sales, account managers, and external teams to ensure timely delivery and successful campaign execution.
Identify and implement test-and-learn strategies to drive customer acquisition and improve partner lifetime value (LTV).
Foster strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and partner success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
This role might be a good fit if…
You have 2-3 years of experience in a consumer-facing marketing role, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns using Braze.
You can effectively communicate across teams and advocate for marketing needs with both internal and external stakeholders.
You excel at identifying key metrics, measuring KPIs, and driving initiatives to successful completion.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience in the digital health industry is a plus, but not required.A love for animals isn’t required, but it’s definitely a bonus!
