The Role

Lark is seeking a talented RFP Manager with expertise in the Loopio program to join our growing team (part-time role)!  In this role, you will manage the entire sales proposal process. This includes overseeing the proposal lifecycle from drafting compelling responses, driving proposals to success, and maintaining the content library. The RFP Manager reports to the Director of Strategy and collaborates closely with Sales and Business Development. You will be crucial in aligning efforts to achieve Lark’s strategic priorities and business goals. While initially a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week, there is potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and mutual fit.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Project manage the entire RFP process - submitting intent to bid, gathering sign-off from stakeholders, assembling responses, and developing supplemental materials

  • Write and edit responses that clearly articulate the value of Lark’s offering

  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development, SMEs across different departments, and Lark executives to gather information and ensure accuracy 

  • Leverage Loopio to maximize the efficiency of RFP management

  • Manage development and utilization of the proposal library, including maintaining content reviews and updates 

  • Stay abreast of changing messaging, new product launches, and company policies

  • Track progress, including responses, finalists, and win rates

  • The ability to work 20-25 hours per week as required

What You’ll Need

  • Expertise in Loopio

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and succinctly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities, often under tight deadlines

  • Highly organized and able to drive projects forward with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites

  • Motivated and resourceful team player with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Passion for supporting patients through technology

  • Sales proposal writing experience with employers, health plans, or providers

  • A plus, experience in the healthcare industry 

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  U.S. Hourly Range: $38 - $55. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors, including location, and level, and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
