Social Media Manager & Content Creator

LaRose & Co. is a boutique Klaviyo retention marketing agency serving eCommerce brands. We specialize in designing and executing high-performing email campaigns and flows that drive revenue, build brand loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Part-time, contract

  • Compensation: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.

  • Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week with availability preferred between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

  • Location: Remote (candidates must be located outside of California & within the US)

Position Overview

LaRose and Co. is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the development and execution of our agency's social media presence. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining LaRose and Co.'s brand voice across social platforms, engaging with our audience, and showcasing our expertise to attract potential clients. This is not a client-facing social media role; you'll be focused exclusively on elevating our own brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with LaRose and Co.'s business goals and brand positioning

  • Create and manage a content calendar that balances thought leadership, agency culture, entertainment, client success stories, education, and industry trends in a way that is on-brand, fun & engaging.

  • Design, write, and publish engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and carousel posts across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner

  • Collaborate with leadership to capture behind-the-scenes content, employee spotlights, and company milestones

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and data-driven recommendations

  • Ensure brand consistency and serve as the guardian of LaRose and Co.'s online reputation

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or company

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing social media presence and engagement

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.)

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms

  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts

  • Familiarity with social media management tools

  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing

  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and translating data into actionable insights

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment

  • Available during business hours from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

  • Photography or videography skills
