The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to develop polished visual content and manage the firm’s social media presence. This role combines hands-on design with content planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate has strong aesthetic judgment and can independently create professional, cohesive materials that reflect the credibility of a U.S. law firm. You will build monthly content calendars, produce and adapt graphics for multiple platforms, coordinate internal reviews and approvals, schedule content, and confirm that posts are published accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Management

  • Create professional, clean, sophisticated designs that reflect brand standards.

  • Design graphics for social media, website banners, blog images, client success stories, Google Ads, email marketing, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, presentations, event materials, business cards, templates, logos, and other brand assets.

  • Apply strong principles of typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and composition.

  • Adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.

  • Maintain editable templates and organized design files.

  • Complete basic photo editing and image retouching; create short-form videos, Reels, captions, subtitles, and thumbnails.

Social Media Planning & Coordination

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with firm priorities and campaigns.

  • Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.

  • Coordinate captions, graphics, videos, deadlines, reviews, approvals, and publication dates.

  • Adapt topics for each platform while maintaining consistent branding.

  • Review spelling, formatting, images, links, and brand consistency before publication.

  • Monitor basic performance metrics to support improvements.

AI, Production & Workflow Management

  • Use AI-assisted design and content tools responsibly to support production.

  • Review and refine AI-generated materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Protect confidential company and client information when using third-party platforms.

  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines; communicate progress and raise potential delays in advance.

  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team and respond professionally to feedback.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media coordination, or digital marketing (preferred).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and original design ability (required).

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (required).

  • Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and brand consistency.

  • Experience creating monthly social media calendars and publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling platforms.

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and ability to refine outputs.

  • Basic PowerPoint design, photo-editing, and image-retouching skills; short-form video editing preferred.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software (preferred).

  • Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or marketing (preferred but not required).

  • Experience supporting law firms, professional services, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred).

  • Professional English proficiency required; Mandarin strongly preferred for Taiwan/Mainland China; Spanish helpful.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.

  • Reliable computer, internet, and access to required design software.

Working Hours
