
Director of Operations
Who We Are
We're a B2B appointment setting agency based in the USA, although we’re a fully remote team of roughly 50 people. We’re looking for the backbone of our organization. Someone who can see the big picture while managing the day-to-day details that keep us running smoothly.
The Role
As our Director of Operations, you'll be the glue that holds everything together. You'll take ownership of our processes, identify what's working and what isn't, and implement solutions that make us more efficient. We are a people heavy org using lots of different tools and technology and we will rely on you to optimize it all.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations and ensure everything runs smooth
Understand our current processes and workflows, and how to make them better
Coordinate between teams to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction
Update and document all SOPs with the help of each department
Help create training and onboarding processes for new hires
Manage technology stacks and identify tools that will improve our efficiency
Help develop and implement policies and procedures that scale
Track key metrics, improve our reporting and use data to drive decision-making
Be the main POC with our automation team to build out our dashboard
Who You Are

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
Experienced in operational roles with a track record of driving improvements
Requirements
4+ years of experience in operations management
Previous experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement systems. We might ask to show proof
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
Understands B2B technology and willingness to learn new tools
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Able to deal with and manage people
