About Us We're looking for an SDR Manager to join our B2B Sales Development agency. You will be responsible for building, training, and managing our Sales Development Representatives who work on behalf of our clients.

Job Description We're seeking an experienced SDR leader who can motivate and develop our SDR team while optimizing processes and performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and training SDR teams and a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, manage, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives. We currently have 40 SDRs in-house.

  • Conduct comprehensive SDR training on product knowledge and objection handling for our clients

  • Manage SDR call volume and allocate projects effectively to maximize team productivity

  • Review SDR performance, including call scripts and metrics, to ensure quality standards

  • Recognize and celebrate SDR achievements to maintain high team morale

  • Monitor and manage SDR call conversions to optimize performance

  • Suggest and implement improvements to SDR-related tech stacks.

  • Familiar with dialers, such as Orum, which we use internally.

  • Organize monthly SDR competitions to drive motivation and performance

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions with the SDRs

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Managers who are the main points of contacts with our clients.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development and managing SDRs

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices

  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a talent for developing others

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools

  • Data-driven approach to performance management

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • An understanding of how Cold calling and email campaigns work.

  • Available to work in the CST/EST timezone

  • This is a 100% remote and full-time position.
