E-Commerce Buying & Supply Chain Coordinator

Position requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of product development/buying experience (ideally, but not limited to a Fashion or Beauty environment)

  • Be able to start by January at the latest (ideally before Christmas)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing & improving new product development process for the business

  • Liaison and negotiations with suppliers in China 

  • Reporting product performance to the wider team to inform decision making

  • Order processing & management 

  • Tracking & maintaining stock delivery schedules alongside our shipping partners

  • Overseeing forecasts and order quantities 

  • Conducting trend and competitor research

  • Sample management; Approval, & photo shoot sample organisation & preparation

  • Arrange packaging briefs and copy with the support of our marketing team

 Attributes:

  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude 

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (experience with China desired) 

  • Confident in negotiation 

  • Excellent planning & organisation skills with the ability to multitask & prioritise 

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Highly analytical with advanced excel or google sheets skills (essential)

  • Experience with merchandising (essential)

  • Experience with Amazon as a sales channel (essential) 

  • Keen attention to detail

Full-time hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Must overlap at least 4 hours with UK working day
