Fulfillment Operations Specialist

This role is remote and open to any country in Latin America.

Requirements:

  • Data analysis + SQL background.

  • A spreadsheet pro! You love spreadsheets and organization.

  • Highly autonomous and independent, taking full ownership of duties assigned.

  • Process oriented mindset. You can take a big task and break it down into smaller pieces to accomplish it!

  • Super tech savvy. You’re not afraid to learn a new software or skill.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow in.

  • Fluent in written + verbal English.

Responsibilities:

Fulfillment

  • Implement new workflows and procedures to organize the team’s tasks.

  • Manage internal software backlog, write specs and assign tickets to the developers as needed.

  • Handle ad-hoc client requests.

  • Assign fulfillment projects to the team as needed.

  • Review assigning approval queue

  • Work alongside the client services + fulfillment teams to effectively solve issues and troubleshoot.

Reporting

  • Weekly reporting for multiple teams.

  • Ad hoc analysis or calculations as requested / Build Retool Dashboards as needed.

Product and Experiments

  • Test out new features as assigned and provide feedback to the dev-team.

  • Carry out experiments as assigned and put together case study reports with metrics and results.

  • Provide support to the team with workflows + integrations as needed.

Salary:

$1000-2000 a month + PTO
