SEO/Content Lead

We’re looking for an experienced SEO & Content lead to come in and own the area 100%. SEO has been one of the best growth drivers for us to date. Continuing to scale the channel will drive outsized returns as we scale our business. Therefore, we need someone who’s done it before and knows how to run it.


  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.

  • Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

  • Technical SEO: Ensure website is optimized for crawlability, speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors.

  • On-page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, content, and URLs for target keywords.

  • Off-page Optimization: Develop and oversee link-building strategies, including outreach for guest posting and building relationships with external websites.

  • Reporting: Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

    You will also be in charge of hiring a team to work with you.


  • Very hands-on and has been driving demand generation via SEO at a high-growth startup

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO/Content generation

  • Strong understanding of Analytics and Data Analysis 

  • Experience with tools  like SemRush, Ahref, Google Analytics, Clearbit and Webflow

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience driving traffic at scale and increasing website conversion rates
