Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Marlink team to support our customers in achieving success and managing their lifecycle from onboarding to optimizing campaigns and handling customer communications.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
Build strong relationships with the clients.
Research and understand the ICP
Build the client’s strategy and messaging
Create targeted lead lists and campaigns
Launch campaigns -> Manage and monitor them
Review client KPI's & optimize based on results
Report internally on campaign results
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with our design team.
Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs, focusing on Client Retention, Churn Rate, Upsell Rate, and NPS.
Report externally on campaign results
Answering client questions via Slack, Email, and Google Meet
Onboarding calls with new clients
Client strategy and check-in calls
Requirements:
Native level English speaking & written skills
Are a self-motivated, positive, and proactive problem solver
Understanding of automated B2B cold email outreach
Reliable internet and quiet office space
Tech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone, fast wifi / computer)
Available American Times, Monday-Friday
Nice to have:
Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing position
Have worked with B2B clients
Are proficient in using sales tools, Google Workspace, Monday and outreach tools
