Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary - Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the performance of multiple marketing departments, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives, and executing high-quality campaigns that drive measurable growth. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong communication and analytical mindset, excellent team management skills, and a results-driven approach to marketing execution. This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 2am - 10am Romania Standard Time (11am to 7pm Sydney, Australia Time).

Role Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy


• Collaborate with Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Copywriting team leads to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency across departments.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive client success and agency growth.

• Set clear KPIs and performance targets for each department and regularly track progress.

• Continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying insights to optimize campaign performance.

Team Management & Development

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Oversee team hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans for team members.

• Establish clear communication and collaboration processes between teams.

Client & Campaign Management

• Ensure marketing campaigns align with client goals and objectives, are data-driven, and deliver measurable ROI.

• Oversee client strategies working closely with account managers to ensure marketing activities meet client goals and objectives.

• Review and approve high-priority campaigns, creatives, and messaging to maintain high-quality standards.

• Diagnose performance gaps for underperforming campaigns and implement high-impact solutions to maximize results.

• Develop reports and presentations to update stakeholders on marketing performance.

Budget & Performance Optimisation

• Oversee marketing budgets across SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and scalability.

• Implement marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management.

• Must have prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.

• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and copywriting.

• Proven leadership experience, managing multi-functional marketing teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
