Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing business operations, providing strategic recommendations, and implementing plans to help our business achieve its objectives. You will work closely with senior management to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive change within organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends and business challenges.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify their business needs, objectives, and the scope of engagement.

  • Develop and present comprehensive strategies and solutions to improve our operational efficiency, profitability, and competitive position.

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive organizational change and development.

  • Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Stay abreast of advancements in business management, consulting practices, and industry trends.

  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as a Management Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a track record of delivering high-impact consulting services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the aptitude to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
