
Marketing Programs Manager
The Mudflap mobile app connects professional truck drivers with fuel stops in the $800B trucking industry. We help truckers save thousands of dollars on diesel fuel (their #1 business expense), while providing our truck stop partners with access to new, hard-to-reach customers.
Trucking is a relationship-driven business. The Mudflap Growth team is responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys for our marketplace. We focus on creating the right experiences to aid acquisition, conversion and retention, as well as expanding product usage and success. Mudflap is looking for a hands-on Marketing Programs Manager to manage our relationship and reputation-based marketing programs, and co-marketing, while flexibly supporting the overall growth agenda.
In the role, you will:
Manage multiple driver- and partner-facing marketing programs simultaneously, ensuring that each program is best-in-class and delivering the desired KPIs, with a specific focus on relationship-driven marketing initiatives
Create content needed to support Mudflap programs in your domain, and multi-channel campaigns that accelerate the marketing and sales cycle; increase lead-to-close ratios
Maintain dashboards to help measure, optimize, and scale partner marketing efforts, including reports to support the business cases for your programs
Understand the fundamentals of the partner journey; run experiments and provide data driven insights, optimize conversion rates at each step of each flow
You have:
7+ years of experience in marketing, at least 3 should be within a high-growth technology company
3+ years of experience managing relationship-based marketing programs
Comfortable taking ownership and driving results
CMS and CRM Experience required; preferred experience with: WebFlow and Hubspot
Bachelor’s Degree required

The salary range for this role is $102,000 - $138,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives. Our benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, WFH stipend and PTO.
