Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative - Colombia

NeoWork is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our clients while also engaging in sales activities to drive business growth.

As an innovative BPO company, NeoWork is dedicated to providing exceptional virtual assistance and sales services to our clients. As a Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative, you will handle various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling email and phone communications, while also conducting outbound sales activities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sales background. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have a proactive mindset, and possess a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.


  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments

  • Handle email and phone communications

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to target potential clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports


  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Experience in outbound sales and customer relationship management

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.

  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.


  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.

  • This is a 100% home-based position
