Sales Enablement Manager

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and optimize processes, programs, and sales tools that enable sellers to identify, engage, and close opportunities with customers.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales plays to drive demand with our outside sales team, inside sales team, and support team.

  • Utilize data analytics to determine opportunities for growth and executing high impact sales enablement tools.

  • Collaborate with the integrated marketing team to develop compelling content leveraging analytics to drive high impact messaging and sales tools.

  • Set strategy, measurable goals, and objectives for programs and campaigns.

  • Development of a customer segmentation model and maintenance of the segmentation personas

  • Contribute to lead process including campaign definition, lead scoring, lead routing, dispositioning, and nurturing as leads turn into sales enablement targets.

  • Collaborate with data analysts to assess, track and report, and develop insights on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel

  • Develop quarterly brand presentations and business review templates and train sales team on best practices.

  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify opportunities


  • Experience working with inside and outsides sales reps

  • Analytical with ability to define KPIs and pivot initiatives based on performance

  • Strong decision-making skills utilizing data and insights

  • Minimum of 5+ years working in a sales enablement function or related, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and proven ability to tell a story through slides

  • BS/BA required in business, marketing, or related degree preferred

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 220,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
