Regional Sales Director (DACH)

Hi! We're on the lookout for an experienced Regional Sales Director (DACH) to join Noda, a licensed UK Payment Institution and the brains behind an innovative Open Banking payments platform. If you're fueled by fintech excitement and seek a global career journey, keep reading!

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Director (DACH) to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region;

  • Expanding Noda presence in the market;

  • Participating in industry conferences;

  • Closing big personal deals;

  • Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month;

  • Reporting on regional sales results;

  • Forecasting quarterly and annual profits;

  • Encouraging communication between team members.

What are your skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience (preferably in fintech);

  • Proven experience in sales (with case examples);

  • Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples);

  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills;

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus);

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plus.
