Regional Sales Director (DACH)

What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Director (DACH) to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region;
Expanding Noda presence in the market;
Participating in industry conferences;
Closing big personal deals;
Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month;
Reporting on regional sales results;
Forecasting quarterly and annual profits;
Encouraging communication between team members.
What are your skills and experience:
3+ years of management and leadership experience (preferably in fintech);
Proven experience in sales (with case examples);
Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples);
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills;
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus);
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plus.
