Business Development Project Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Business Development Lead. You will play a key role in ensuring new client projects are onboarded and set up for success - from first scoping the project and setting up within our project management system, all the way through to a smooth onboarding (both internal handover to the team and external onboarding for the new client). You are the agency’s go to for up to date pipeline data and reporting, booking new project resources and understanding what it takes to deliver projects on time and within scope from strategy and concept through to asset delivery. You will help manage the business development pipeline by implementing and maintaining a suitable workflow and refine operations to meet evolving objectives. You will also support our team of project managers with day to day resourcing shifts to ensure that studio capacity is accurately reflected so that our team is confident when planning new projects. 

This is a remote 12 month fixed term role based in Malaysia. There is potential for this role to convert into long term employment after 12 months.

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of project and resource management experience in a digital/creative agency.

  • 2-3 years of business development pipeline management experience, with direct client management responsibility. 

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in the Melbourne timezone (AEST) and attend client meetings virtually when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using project management systems to develop project planning, manage workflow and book resources. Kantata/Mavenlink experience is especially desirable.

  • Skilled at setting up systems and processes and identifying what needs to change in an existing process to make it smoother.

  • Experience in client proposal or contract development.

  • Excellent time management, project management and flexible organisational skills.

  • Ability to stay on top of communications with clients, partners and team members.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

  • Utilise ntegrity's project management tools (Kantata, CRM) to track progress and manage workflows.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular project meetings, document action items, and share meeting minutes.

  • Facilitate client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.

Business Development:

  • Nurture new business leads and support the Business Development Lead in generating new opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation marketing campaigns.

Team Support:

  • Assist project managers with resource allocation and scheduling.

  • Provide project management support during team absences.

  • Introduce new tools and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
