With a fully remote team, we have grown to a 7-figure agency in less than 3 years, working with clients in both the US and UK. Our portfolio includes 15+ clients spanning industries such as eCommerce, cybersecurity, SaaS, healthcare, and more.

    NUOPTIMA operates under the leadership of the Founder and CEO of Alphawell Brands, a holding company with multiple successful internet businesses. We are now looking to expand our leadership team as we continue our rapid growth trajectory.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Agency to lead NUOPTIMA. This role combines deep expertise in digital marketing with strong business development and operational leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the agency's growth, preparing it for potential sale, and building a team of digital marketing professionals to support our expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Own and drive the overall strategy for the SEO and PPC service lines, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Develop and execute a clear growth plan with the aim to ultimately support in selling the agency.

    • Lead by example, setting a high bar for operational excellence, financial discipline, and revenue growth.

    Business Development

    • Drive business development efforts, expanding client base and identifying new revenue opportunities.

    • Leverage existing relationships and networks to form strategic partnerships with other agencies or service providers to enhance service offerings and market reach.

    • Collaborate closely with the other team members to develop proposals, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

    Financial Oversight

    • Own the P&L for the SEO/PPC department, ensuring profitability and growth.

    • Set financial targets, budgets, and forecasts, and manage resource allocation to optimize performance and ROI.

    • Track and report on key financial metrics, driving accountability across the team.

    Preparing for Sale/Exit Strategy

    • Identify and implement strategies to increase the agency's value and market position, getting it ready for a successful exit.

    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure financial health and long-term scalability.

    • Lead due diligence processes and assist in negotiations if necessary.

    Partnership Development

    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with other agencies, tech providers, and industry influencers.

    • Explore co-marketing opportunities and joint ventures to increase market penetration and reach.

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Head of Agency, CEO, Managing Director, or similar leadership role, specifically within SEO/PPC or a related digital marketing field.

    • Demonstrated success in scaling a business and driving revenue growth.

    • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to own and optimize the P&L.

    • Experience in preparing agencies for sale or leading through acquisitions/mergers.

    • Exceptional business development and partnership-building skills, with a history of forming strategic alliances.

    • Strong operational leader, capable of managing large teams and overseeing complex projects.

    • Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, and related digital marketing disciplines.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision for the agency's future.

    Pay

    Up to $80-100k total compensation
