The Role
As our Land Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact with property owners, conducting qualification calls to identify promising land investment opportunities. Working directly with our closing team, you'll build trust with landowners while determining if their properties and circumstances align with our acquisition criteria.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Contact 50-60 landowners daily who have responded to our marketing
Engage in 15-20 meaningful conversations with potential sellers
Qualify 2-4 high-potential opportunities daily
Use our mapping software to visually assess properties during calls
Ask insightful questions to understand both the land's potential and seller motivations
Document all interactions in our CRM system
Participate in daily coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills
Learn the fundamentals of land valuation and closing strategies to prepare for future advancement
What Success Looks Like
Consistently identifying 2-4 qualified land acquisition opportunities daily
Building enough trust with landowners that they share their asking price
Converting initial conversations into booked appointments with our closing team
Maintaining high energy and positivity throughout the day
Applying feedback and continuously improving your qualification skills
Demonstrating readiness to take on more complex closing responsibilities over time
What You'll Need to Succeed
Genuine Curiosity - Each property and owner has a unique story. Your natural interest in different situations allows you to ask the right questions and uncover opportunities others might miss.
Resilience - This role involves frequent rejection. You'll need the ability to stay positive and bounce back quickly.
Coachability - You'll follow our proven qualification framework while receiving daily coaching to refine your approach.
Work Ethic - Success requires both consistent call volume and meaningful depth in each conversation.
Phone Communication Skills - Previous experience in phone-based sales or customer service is highly valuable.
Organization - You'll manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
Growth Mindset - You're eager to learn the entire acquisition process and develop skills for advancement.
What to Expect

Competitive compensation of $30-$40,000 base salary with bonuses of $1-2,000/ mo depending on performance. This is a 1099 position
