Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, developing strategies to increase lead acquisition, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Key Responsibilities

Outreach: Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media with engaging messages.
Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria.
Manage Campaigns: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, monitoring their performance.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and track progress.
Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Report and Analyze: Analyze lead generation metrics and report on KPIs to improve strategies.
Conduct Research: Perform market research to understand industry trends and refine lead strategies.
