Growth Marketing Operations Specialist

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to jump-start their marketing career in a fast-paced, high-growth Series C startup environment. We are looking for a specialist who can join our continually growing marketing team and help move forward the company’s growth initiatives by bringing unique and innovative ideas to the table. They will do this by actively assisting with various programs, including implementing, troubleshooting, and analyzing campaigns. This person will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and closely collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Create email lists, email templates, landing pages, campaigns, and workflows based on the campaign criteria given to them.

  • Understand growth goals and metrics for the marketing team and be able to work through different initiatives and opportunities.

  • Ensure email campaigns/journeys and related assets are tested, reviewed, and deployed.

  • Follow campaign tracking best practices and use existing templates to build tracking URLs.

  • Evaluate PartsTech SEO/SEM efforts and identify trends and areas of growth.

  • Be able to evaluate omni-channel campaigns’ efficacy and outcomes by reporting from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other paid campaign tools.

  • Assist in the deployment of and uphold the lead management process, using reporting to maintain accuracy/accountability.

  • Activate multiple marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, e.g., lead nurture of newly acquired leads, recycling of discarded leads and opportunities; build trigger-based campaigns that react to behavior and/or profile data changes.

  • Monitor and maintain marketing data quality and integrity across all systems – identifying and addressing data errors/gaps.

  • Support the rollout of new marketing technologies.

  • Work closely with the marketing operations manager to create and maintain information and documentation for team processes, guides, templates, spreadsheets, calendars, and technology, identifying opportunities for streamlining and improving operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate the intake, assessment, assignment, and tracking of work requests received in ClickUp.

  • Collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, creative, content, sales, and technology, to establish timelines and allocate necessary resources.

  • Maintain a marketing campaign calendar and provide needed project updates to the manager, the project team, and other contributors.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • 2+ years of Marketing experience.

  • 2+ years of experience specifically creating and deploying email/journey campaigns using an automation tool.

  • 1+ years of Project Management experience.

  • 1+ years of Salesforce or other CRM experience.

  • Understanding of Marketing goals/metrics.

  • Familiar with SEO/SEM marketing efforts.

  • HTML, WordPress, and ClickUp experience, preferred.

  • HubSpot Training/Certification, nice to have.

  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Base + Annual Bonus
