Partner Success Manager

PartsTech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with our software partners. PartsTech offers a best-in-class procurement platform that is, most frequently, deployed through integrations with various software partners in the automotive service industry.  The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through our partner network, ensuring that our partners are fully engaged, supported, and aligned with PartsTech's goals and values.

What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Execute a comprehensive strategy to grow software integration partner relationships towards increased engagement, improved integration quality, and increased adoption and penetration of the partner user base .

  • Majority of effort will be engaging partners to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to understand their unique business needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support partner initiatives, advocate for partner needs, and drive joint success.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing training, support, and resources to ensure successful partnership engagement.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the program; enhancing its structure and performance of partners.

  • Monitor partner performance and establish KPIs to track and measure partner success, making data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make strategic recommendations.

  • Provide regular reporting and updates to company leadership on partner activities and results.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket service industry is highly preferred.

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies.

  • Startup mindset with experience in dynamic environments with less structure and more independence.

  • Experience communicating partner, user and market needs across interdepartmental stakeholders, managers and executive leadership.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

  • Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft tools. 

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to travel, as needed.

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 Base + Incentives
