
Enterprise Account Executive

In the position of Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have a crucial role in driving revenue growth through acquiring enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals within the specified sectors. This role requires experience and understanding of the SaaS business model and a proven track record in enterprise sales for +5 years.
Job requirements
3-5+ years of experience in enterprise Saas sales.
Proven track record of closing large SaaS deals ($50-500k) with enterprise brands.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or the challenger sales methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level and within large organizations.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Job responsibilities
Closing deals: With new-from-new enterprise clients combining both technology & services in the $100-500k range.
Lead generation: Identify potential enterprise clients through inbound, and outbound efforts, events, and the Brandtech Group. Develop targeted outreach strategies to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close. This includes understanding customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and other key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that align with client's business goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal Pencil teams, including the Sales Development Representative, Customer Success, Marketing, and Training Team, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of the SaaS solutions.
Reporting: Meet sales quotas and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
