Director Of Marketing

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to build and lead the execution of our marketing strategy.  You’ll manage a team of talented marketers across multiple business lines, ensuring that projects are strategically planned, well-executed, and delivered on time.

We move quickly, think outside the box, and are having a lot of fun along the way. We’re on a mission to get our solution into as many hands as possible and this role will have a significant impact on helping us do so. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Growth, playing a critical role in guiding department strategy, growth initiatives, and supporting overall business objectives.

  • Project Management and Organization 

    • Drive marketing project management, ensuring projects are planned well in advance and delivered on time, while improving overall departmental organization and workflow.

  • Team Building and Leadership

    • Guide, coach and mentor Marketing middle management in executing business strategies and developing their teams. 

    • Partner with the VP of Growth to scale the marketing department and plan the future structure of the team

    • Build a strong leadership pipeline, helping to ensure key roles are filled by high-performing, capable individuals as we grow the team and company

  • Data driven decision making

    • Set clear performance metrics in partnership with the VP of Growth, and hold the team accountable for achieving results. Regularly evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.

    • Partner with the operations team to actively monitor and report on key performance metrics including thorough inbound lead attribution, customer acquisition cost, and more. 

  • Cross Department Collaboration

    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the content, messaging, and tools needed to drive engagement and close deals.

    • Partner with the customer success team to provide the necessary resources that support client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in strategic marketing planning, project management, and execution.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Proven success managing marketing teams responsible for multiple business lines or verticals simultaneously.

  • A visionary leader with a track record of driving business growth, inspiring teams, and building successful partnerships.
