Tasks in the role:
Evaluate inbound leads generated by the Marketing Team to identify qualified opportunities
Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions
Successfully schedule high-quality meetings with key decision-makers for the Sales Team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads to the Sales Team
Identify and engage potential Enterprise clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
👉🏻To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications and qualities:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inbound SDR in a SAAS company
Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English (is a must-have)
Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales technologies
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
