The Role:

As a Benefits Partnership Development Manager at Pulse iD, you will play a critical role in expanding our service offerings and driving client success. You will be responsible for identifying the most relevant and in-demand benefits for our clients' cardholders and program members, and then building mutually beneficial partnerships to bring these benefits to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and high-demand benefits across various industries.

  • Proactively source and engage potential partners offering attractive and relevant benefits for our client's programs.

  • Negotiate and structure win-win partnership agreements that benefit both Pulse iD and our partners.

  • Onboard and manage established partners, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to develop compelling marketing materials and launch strategies for new benefits.

  • Track and analyze data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the financial services, loyalty, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in Sourcing and vendor negotiations.

  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of current trends and evolving consumer preferences within the Rewards and Loyalty landscape.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
