Compensation, Duration & Work Timing:
Training Stipend (6 months): ₱10,000/month working 42.5 hours weekly.
Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: ₱340,000 (Base Salary) + ₱340,000 (Commissions) based on individual performance, internal assessments, and completion of baseline targets.
Role Description:
As an Associate Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for a person who is checking out Recruit CRM and wants to learn more about it. With every interaction, you’ll aim for the “Wow, that was amazing!” reaction, ensuring leads feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate Recruit CRM to prospective clients
Do outbound prospecting in the APAC & Oceania
Understand and convey prospect needs to the team.
Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
Build and nurture client relationships.

Who Should Apply?
Fresh graduates/post-graduates passing out in 2024,2025.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English.
Candidates with problem-solving, empathy, analytics, presentation, and documentation skills.

Structured Onboarding: Upon successful completion of the trainee program, transition to a full-time role.

Customer Obsession:
Do extensive research to understand the customer’s business model and their pain points.
Tune the demo according to what the customer is looking for while also showing features that could be useful for their business.
Take regular feedback during the demo to understand if the prospect is finding it useful.
Transparency:
Set the right expectations from the beginning in terms of what the product can offer vs. what they are looking for
Provide clear timelines w.r.t. follow-ups & features updates.
Show product roadmap to share the new features our team is working on - esp. the ones useful to the client.
Never negotiate on pricing. Tell the customers that we do not provide discounts as a company policy so that we keep it fair to all customers.
Aggression:
Create a sense of urgency in the minds of customers
Maintain structured and regular touchpoints with the prospects - emails, LinkedIn, phone call
Keep prospects engaged by sharing new feature updates
Show the ROI they get working with us - not just in terms of features but also business value & our customer service.
Schedule follow-up calls after the demo to get their feedback and check if they need help with anything
Commitment:
Keep a customer-centric mindset
Always keep customers in the loop - especially if you miss a deadline
Inform the customer if the launch of a certain feature they were waiting for gets delayed.
Reach out to prospects that did not show up on the demo and check if they are still interested.
Integrity:
Never get aggressive or rude with the customer in any situation
Every touchpoint - email, phone call, LinkedIn - should be highly professional
Never bluff and misinform the customer. If you are not sure about something, you can always check with the team and get back to them with clear and accurate information.
