Creative Marketer

We’re looking for a creative executor who thrives on autonomy, speed, and great taste. You’ll take strategic direction from Leo and Steffi and run with it, executing content, updates, and campaigns that keep the Refokus brand sharp, visible, and always moving.

This is a hands-on, executional role for someone who’s obsessed with quality and knows how to get shit done. You’ll also support the visibility and launch of other connected brands working in sync with Refokus.

Who you are

  • You already live inside AI tools and know how to use them to write, ideate, and move fast

  • Have 2+ years of experience in content, marketing, or creative execution

  • Have a great eye for design and presentation quality

  • Can take direction and run with it: autonomous, smart, and curious

  • Know (or are ready to dive into) the Webflow, design, and startup worlds

What you will do

Content Execution Machine

  • Turn strategy, notes, and internal convos into high-quality content: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, internal updates, etc.

  • Join internal calls (like design/dev roundtables and team updates) to extract insights, wins, and stories worth sharing

  • Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to move faster: you need to be fluent with it

Quick & Clean Visual Output

  • Use Figma templates to put together content when design help isn’t available

  • Maintain a sharp eye for layout, tone, and polish; everything we put out needs to look and feel high-end

Webflow-Savvy Site Updates

  • Add new case studies and update CMS content regularly

  • Build landing pages using our component library; no dev skills needed, but you should feel confident inside Webflow

Community + Visibility Growth

  • Actively engage with the Webflow and design community on socials

  • Find smart ways to expand reach and bring more people into the funnel:

    • Organize webinars

    • Set up interviews for Leo & Steffi (our co-founders)

    • Coordinate PR pushes and media opportunities

    • Identify creative distribution plays
