Business Development Manager (Link Building)

Revpanda is looking for a Business Development Manager (Link Building) to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of SEO (off-page) particularly link building, and experience in B2B sales as well as relationship management, this role is a great opportunity to drive growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients for link-building services.

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners, agencies, and brands that require high-quality backlinks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive long-term growth.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and link-building (mostly iGaming).

• Work closely with the link-building teams to align link-building strategies with client objectives.

• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development progress.

• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing or SEO.

• Strong understanding of SEO (off-page), and link-building techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel within the EU for industry events.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics is a plus.

• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
