
Business Development Manager (Programmatic Advertising)
Revpanda is looking for a Business Development Manager (Programmatic Advertising) to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving the adoption of our programmatic advertising solutions.
If you have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and expand our programmatic advertising services.
Identify and engage potential clients, brands, and partners interested in programmatic solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide tailored programmatic solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and long-term partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including media buying, data analytics, and account management, to align strategies with client objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within programmatic advertising.
Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital ad formats (display, video, CTV, digital OOH).
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including DSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, and data management platforms (DMPs).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and drive strategic growth.
Ability to travel within the EU for industry events.
Experience working with ad tech platforms such as Adform, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, or similar.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Having worked in Programmatic Advertising for iGaming brands is a big plus.
