Business Development Manager (SEO)

Revpanda is looking for a Business Development Manager (SEO) to join our growing team. If you have a deep understanding of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO), B2B sales experience, and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships, this role is a great opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients for SEO services.

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners, agencies, and brands that require expert SEO solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive long-term growth.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing (mostly iGaming)

  • Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align strategies with client objectives.

  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development progress.

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing or SEO.

  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Ability to travel within the EU for industry events.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
