📋 Job Responsibilities
Campaign & Platform Ownership
Navigate and manage paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, AppLovin)
Stay up to date on platform changes, updates, and best practices
Ad Building
Own creation, management, and optimization of paid social ads
Develop ad copy and creative content aligned with campaign objectives
Ensure ads meet platform guidelines and brand standards
Data Analysis
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights
Generate reports on CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
Own the creative feedback loop, translating performance data into actionable direction for the creative team
Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough checks for accuracy and consistency in campaigns
Monitor ad performance and resolve issues proactively
Ad Creative
Collaborate with the performance creative team to develop compelling visuals
Provide feedback to enhance ad effectiveness
Ensure creative assets are received and launched on time
Campaign Management
Manage and optimize campaigns across all owned channels
Implement targeting strategies to reach desired audience segments
Monitor and allocate budgets, adjusting spend and bid controls to maximize performance
Strategic Planning
Contribute to campaign strategies and media plans
Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign ideas
Research and identify new advertising opportunities and platforms
Demonstrate depth in creative analysis frameworks to identify what’s working and why
External Partner Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for external ad partners/agencies
Review, analyze, and share insights around campaign performance clearly and concisely
✅ Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience
Expertise in media buying across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and AppLovin
Experience in DTC ad agencies or in-house at $100M+ DTC brands (preferred)
Familiarity with analytics/attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, GA4)
Strong knowledge of incrementality, lift testing, and spend scaling
Exceptional analytical skills with experience building and presenting reports
Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in GSuite, Notion, Slack, and Loom
